Our January Smoke Out Saturday is going to be a fun one!

This month we'll be tapping some special and rare barrel aged beer, which is perfect for the colder weather.

The Menu:

Texas BBQ Plate with smoked brisket and sausage, Texas baked pinto beans, sweet and jalapeño pickles, white onion, Texas toast, coleslaw, and a sweet and tangy, house-made BBQ sauce.

We will be smoking the sausage and brisket using the oak staves used in barrel aging beers.

Join us in the beer garden, food served at noon. Live music all day!
