Our friends from Cascade Brewing, out of Portland, Oregon, and Jester King will be brewing a collaboration. In celebration of that, we will tap 12 of the best sours from these two breweries!
Kevin Martin, Cascade's Master Blender, will be in the beer garden all night to talk sours.
Cascade Manhattan - A blend of a sour quad and blonde ales aged in bourbon barrels with sour pie cherries and apricot noyaux
Cascade Pearpawsterous (Upland collab)- Oregon-grown pears and Indiana-grown paw paws – layered over a base of sour wheat ale aged for up to 12 months in oak barrels.
Cascade Rose City Sour - A blend of wheat and blond ales aged in oak wine barrels for up to 14 months with rose petals, rose hips and hibiscus tea.
Cascade Framblanc - Blond ale oak wine barrel aged up to 14 months with white raspberries.
Cascade Bourbonic Plague - Strong dark porters where aged in oak, wine and Bourbon barrels, then blended with a dark porter that had been brewed with vanilla beans and cinnamon. The blend was then aged an additional 14 months on dates.
Jester King RU55 - Red ale aged in oak barrels with wild yeast and souring bacteria.
Jester King Cerveza de Mezquite - a farmhouse ale brewed with mesquite beans foraged from the Texas Hill Country.
Jester King Wytchmaker - Farmhouse Rye IPA
Jester King Colour 5 - Barrel aged sour beer refermented with Texas blueberries!
Jester King Lemon & Lime Provenance - A hoppy little farmhouse ale we brewed with Toby Munn of The Kernel.
