One Saturday a month (typically the third Saturday) we like to throw a little party here at the restaurant. I'm talkin' live music all day, and the coldest beer in town. But the real star of the show is the food. We've got an expression around here that "we'll cook anything with a face," and for our monthly Smoke Out Saturdays that's exactly what we do. Whole pigs, lambs, goats, venison, antelope, alligators, crawfish, crabs... shoot, one time we even cooked a nutria (it kind of tastes like brisket). Think of it as the best backyard BBQ you've ever been to, and you don't have to help do the dishes at the end.
