Live Fire Catering Company is Banger’s live-fire, off-site catering experience. We cook everything on site over open flame using a full chuck wagon setup and the same crew that fires up Rainey Street every week.
It’s immersive, warm, and built to be the heartbeat of your event, not just the meal.

Live Fire Catering Co. is Banger's off-site catering experience and it's nothing like having food dropped off.
We roll in with a full chuck wagon, light the fire, and cook everything live while your guests gather around the action. Smoke, flame, cast iron, real hospitality. The cooking is the show and it sets the tone from the first spark to the last plate.
Cowboy Kitchen is designed for outdoor or open-air spaces.

Timing
- Setup: 2–3 hours, depending on site layout

What kinds of events work best?
Weddings, corporate events, ranch parties, backyard celebrations, and festivals. If it’s outdoors and you want guests talking about the food for weeks, LFCC fits.
What do you bring?
Everything. Live-fire grills, smokers, serving stations, lighting, staff, and cleanup. You bring the guests.
Can you work at most venues?
Yes. All we need is a safe outdoor space. We coordinate with venues on access, fire safety, and permitting if required.
How is the food served?
Buffet-style, family-style, or passed around the fire. Every setup is designed to feel warm and communal.
Can the menu be customized?
Absolutely. We offer preset menus plus fully custom builds. Vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and dairy-free options are available with advance notice.
How does pricing work?
Pricing is based on guest count, menu selection, and travel distance. You’ll receive a clear proposal covering food, staff, setup, and logistics.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes. A signed contract and deposit secure your date. Minimum spend or guest count may apply depending on scale and location.
