Pardi Gras Blowout
Presented By: Banger's Sausage House and Beer Garden
Dates: February 20, 2026 - February 22, 2026
About
Banger’s Sausage House & Beer Garden is turning Rainey Street into a slice of New Orleans with Pardi Gras—a free, three-day Mardi Gras–style takeover running Friday, February 20 through Sunday, February 22, 2026. No tickets, no wristbands, just show up ready to eat, drink, dance, and accidentally stay longer than planned.
Fueled by the rallying cry “Let the Sausage Times Roll,” Pardi Gras is less of an event and more of a full-scale neighborhood celebration. Expect live music all weekend spanning brass, Zydeco, and Rhythm & Blues, an unapologetically Cajun and New Orleans–inspired menu built for indulgence, and special bourbon and rum barrel-aged beer releases pulled straight from the Banger’s cellar.
Beyond the food and music, the weekend leans hard into what Rainey Street does best—interactive activations, people spilling from patios into the street, beads flying, costumes encouraged, and absolutely no pressure to act normal. It’s family-friendly, dog-friendly, chaos-friendly, and designed to feel more like a moving street party than a scheduled program.
Come for an hour or come for the whole weekend. Either way, Pardi Gras is Banger’s doing Mardi Gras the only way we know how—loud, welcoming, slightly unhinged, and very hard to leave.
This Year’s Highlights Include:
- • Cajun & New Orleans
Inspired menu Beignets, boudin, gumbo, po’ boys, muffulettas, and more. Big flavors, zero restraint, full Louisiana energy. - • Live bands all weekend
